Queen’s Wood

In June 2025 we deployed 22 cameras in Queen’s Wood in a survey part core-funded by BHSP and part-funded by The friends of Queens Wood. Located across the road from Highgate Woods we aimed to investigate the distribution and connectivity between the two green spaces. Unfortunately, no hedgehogs were detected during the survey. This indicates the B road between to two green spaces is likely acting as a barrier for dispersal.
